Pardo appeals from a judgment of conviction for having knowingly failed and neglected to report for induction into the armed forces of the United States in violation of the Universal Military Training and Services Act, 50 U.S.C.A. App. § 462.*fn1 The court below sentenced appellant to two years imprisonment.
