Park v. Hadley

Ralph Morton appeals his conviction on one count of conspiracy to distribute five grams or more of cocaine base (crack cocaine), see 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B), 846. He argues that the district courts jury instructions constructively amended the indictment under which he was charged, that there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction, that the prosecution engaged in misconduct, and that the district court erroneously restricted his counsels cross-examination of a witness and his counsels closing argument. We affirm.
