LAWSON, Justice. This is a petition for writ of certiorari to review and revise the opinion and judgment of the Court of Appeals
in the Case of S. W. Kelley, Jr., d/b/a Alabama Home Supply Company v. Osborn, 113 So.2d 189. On certiorari to the Court of Appeals we consider only the questions treated in the opinion of the Court of Appeals which
