Saliba v. State

Maureen R. Saliba attempts to appeal the County Criminal Court of Appealss judgment reversing the municipal courts order granting her motion to quash. The State filed a motion to dismiss for want of jurisdiction prior to submission. Because this case has never proceeded to trial and appellant has not been convicted, we conclude we lack jurisdiction over this appeal.
