Sallis v. University of Minnesota

In this appeal following our prior remand, Forest Park II challenges the judgment of the district court denying in part its motion for judgment on the pleadings. Specifically, Forest Park II complains that the district court erred in denying its motion for an injunction, dismissing its 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights claim, and concluding that Forest Park II was not a prevailing party for purposes of awarding attorneys fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988. We affirm.
