Sandoval v. State

Samuel Sandoval appeals his misdemeanor conviction for the offense of driving while intoxicated. Sandoval entered a negotiated plea of guilty and was sentenced to a term of probation. On appeal, Sandoval challenges the trial courts denial of his pretrial motion to suppress. We affirm.
