McCALL, Justice. The complainant-appellee, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, called State Farm, issued to the respondent-appellant,
Robert C. Salley, an automobile liability policy, agreeing to pay on behalf of the insured damages within prescribed limits,
which the insured might become legally obligated to pay, because of bodily injury or property damage to others caused by accident
arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of appellant Salley's automobile.
