Sands v. State

Carl Elvin Lynom appeals the trial courts order revoking his probation and imposing a sentence of 158 months imprisonment. We conclude that the State proved violations of only two of the four conditions alleged in the affidavits of violation. Accordingly, we reverse the order revoking probation and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.
