Plaintiff appeals from a declaratory judgment entered in favor of defendant. We affirm. This case arises from a car accident on September 25, 1988, involving a 1988 Ford Taurus owned by defendant and rented to Monique Davis. Ms. Davis was driving the car when she was involved in an accident with Harvey and Anna Gilmore, who then sued Ms. Davis.
