State Missouri v. Kevin Murray

In this jury-tried case, defendant was convicted of forcible rape in violation of § 566.030. 1 We reverse and remand. On direct appeal, defendant raises two points. First, he alleges the trial court erred in precluding the admission of evidence of prior consensual sexual relations between defendant and victim. Second, he contends the trial court erred in denying his motions to suppress as untimely.
