Barbara Scott v. James Scott

Appeal by the defendant husband, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Capilli, J.), dated May 7, 1987, as denied those branches of his motion which were for enforcement of the provisions of the parties' stipulation and judgment of divorce regarding visitation with the parties' children; or in the alternative, to transfer the physical custody of the children to him, and to suspend his child support obligations.
