Suzanne Spellman was conducting a routine probation sweep to verify Bonner's address. Marion County Sheriff's Department Officers
Fred Miller and Michael Schenkenfelder accompanied Officer Spellman on the sweep. Bonner's wife let Officers Spellman and
Schenkenfelder in the front door.
