Design critique is something I care deeply about and believe is one of the main keys to growing a healthy design team. So here are my guidelines for effective design critique in the hope that properly structured critique is included in more professional design processes. In this brief guide, I share the format and structure I've used to run effective design critiques over a decade of working with product design teams.
