For Love or Money

Three adventurers, thrown together under odd circumstances, decide to seek adventure together. Judy Blazer has survived her early adulthood as a waitress at the Elegant Eatery. Rob Davis is a society clergyman serving an Episcopalian congregation as second fiddle. Maude Crane is a poor little fabulously rich girl who has eyes for both Rob and Judy.

Judy becomes an Indonesian hero by gunning down a gang leader who has kidnapped the three on a neglected island. They flee authorities in coastal China after being framed as smugglers, only to end up in Japan where they come into possession, not totally legally, of a male newborn Caucasian child.

Returning it to their home base with a Japanese nanny in tow, the decision was made to seek out the babe’s relatives in England, even though it might mean losing their beloved child. Next they visit Switzerland and challenge death by scaling the north face of the dreaded Eiger. How else to battle ennui?
