Publisher Description

SYLLABUS BY THE COURT 1. The large influence wielded immemorially by members of the legal profession on the business, social and political life of the people, their important functions as officers of the court in the administration of justice, and the fact that by constitutional mandate, judges of the Supreme and the district courts and the Attorney General must be chosen from among its membership, are sufficient warrant for the enactment by the Legislature of reasonable measures for the regulation of the members of the legal profession as a class.
