Gilbert Rivera v. John Mandsager and

Action in the district court for Clay county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff, a pedestrian, arising out of a collision on a highway between the cars of the defendants. The case was tried before E. J. Ruegemer, Judge, and a jury. A verdict of $5,000 was returned for plaintiff against defendant Arthur F. Sontag and one of no cause of action for the defendant John Mandsager. From an order denying his motion for a new trial, defendant Sontag appealed.
