LAWSON, Justice. This is an appeal from a final decree of the Circuit Court of Barbour County, in Equity. I. V. Weston and G. H. Weston were adjoining landowners in Barbour County. By separate written instruments each of them gave
to the D. M. Wilson Bauxite Company the right to mine iron ore and to erect and operate an iron ore washer on his land.
