Publisher Description
Insurance -- life or accident -- cause of death. A man who had a stone in his kidney suffered a fall which dislodged the kidney stone, which then lodged in the ureter and caused his death. Under the evidence it became a question for the jury whether the death was caused solely by external, violent, and purely accidental dental means and not directly or indirectly by bodily infirmity.
