Ida Mae French v. Harold French

Action in the district court for Dakota county for a divorce. After findings, W. A. Schultz, Judge, granting defendant a divorce on his cross complaint, awarding plaintiff a one-half interest in the jointly owned home of the parties, the custody of their minor children, and certain allowances for their support, defendant appealed from an order denying his motion for a new trial.
