John M. Stuckey, Jr., is the executor of Emogene Bedingfield Davis estate. He collected and divided assets that he identified as being of her estate and evidently distributed a substantial portion. Norris Davis, Emogenes husband, took umbrage about some of the collections, believing that some of the properties were his. Norris also died.
