In Re Estate of Donald E. Geer

Donald Bruce Geer (Bruce Geer), personal representative of the decedent, Donald E. Geers separate estate, appeals a judgment in favor of Joanne C. Geer as personal representative of the decedents community estate. He assigns error to the courts granting Mrs. Geers petition to rescind an agreement settling her claims to the estate and ordering distribution of the estate pursuant to the intestate statute, RCW 11.04.015, contrary to the decedents antenuptial will. We affirm.
