Appellants Kath, Rounsborg and Jones appeal from the trial courts order confirming a settlement of a lawsuit negotiated by the parties. Appellees Wyoming attorney had in his possession a letter written by appellees Montana attorney which contradicted testimony given by the Montana attorney at his deposition. The single issue is whether there was a duty to apprise appellants of this letter before a settlement was reached.
