Kathryn Auster v. Betty Jo Zaspel

The action is one to recover damages for personal injuries received in an automobile collision. The jury found that defendant Auster was causally negligent in the management and control of his automobile. The trial court rendered judgment notwithstanding the verdict dismissing plaintiffs complaint as to him. Plaintiff appeals.
