Kathryn L. Bowes v. Lakeside Industries

Action in the Hennepin County District Court wherein plaintiff sought to recover benefits under a group life insurance policy issued by defendant California Life Insurance Company or the amount of the policy from defendant Lakeside Industries, Inc., now known as Leisure Dynamics, Inc., on grounds of fraud.
