Kathy Riemer v. Francis Zahn

This is an appeal from an order denying appellant Francis Zahns motion to vacate a default judgment. Zahn contends the trial court abused its discretion in refusing to vacate the default judgment pursuant to Minn. R. Civ. P. 60.02. We reverse and remand.
