Publisher Description

This is an action by the appellant, Elizabeth Jane Coltharp, to obtain a divorce on the ground of desertion. The chancellor granted the divorce, awarded appellant $35 a month for the support of herself and her minor son, and adjudicated the property rights of the parties. Upon this appeal the appellant contends that the decree should have been more liberal as to alimony and property rights.
