Edd Kenley, Clay Kenley, Marie Kenley Shirey, and the Kenley & Shirey partnership (Kenleys), appellants, challenge the trial courts actions in dismissing and failing to reinstate their surface damage suit against appellees Quintana Petroleum Corporation, Bass Enterprises Production Company, TNT Petroleum Company, Inc., Sage Energy Company, and Dawson Geophysical Company.
