Kenly v. Ukegawa

An information charged defendant, Damon Burns Campbell, with first degree burglary in count 1 (Pen. Code, § 459) and with dissuading a witness by force or threat in count 2 (§ 136.1, subd. (c)(1)). Pursuant to a plea bargain, defendant pled guilty to count 2 and count 1 was dismissed. The plea agreement provided for a grant of probation.
