Kennedy v. Industrial Commission

Claimant, Roy N. Kennedy, seeks review of a final order of the Industrial Commission allowing a subrogation credit against future benefits in favor of the workmens compensation carrier, Great West Casualty Company (Great West), resulting from claimants settlement of an action against a third-party tortfeasor. We affirm in part, and set aside in part.
