Publisher Description
Don Kennedy, a real estate broker, appeals the trial courts order of summary judgment dismissing his claim against Time Oil Co. for tortious interference with business relations. We agree with the trial court that a real estate brokers agreement to share a commission with an unlicensed person is contrary to public policy and precludes maintaining this action.
