Kenneth Jones v. State Delaware

Bell subsequently became romantically involved with Jerry Roberts ("Roberts"). Bell testified that when Jones became aware
of her new relationship with Roberts, Jones became very angry, told Bell that he did not want Roberts near his children, and
threatened to harm both Bell and Roberts. Several days after Jones made these threats, Bell moved into her new residence at
311 Kemper Drive. She did not inform Jones of her new address.
