Kenneth L. Rankin v. Atwood Vacuum Machine Company

Kenneth L. Rankin appeals from a take nothing judgment rendered in his products liability suit. Rankin raises seven points of error, challenging the trial courts submission of instructions regarding sole proximate cause and negligence per se, exclusion of testimony, and failure to grant a new trial based on newly discovered evidence. We affirm.
