Kessel v. Itt Continental Banking Co‪.‬

Per Curiam. Plaintiff appeals the district courts grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants-union employer in this action for breach of the unions duty of fair representation and for breach of the collective bargaining agreement. Upon our conclusion that the district court committed no errors we affirm the judgment of the court below.
