After the initial buzz of collecting his keys and moving in, Daniel discovers the reality of owning a money pit. Every home, it seems, requires maintenance. But thankfully, a mate is on hand to recommend a plumber to tackle Daniel's dodgy pipework. And, in an unexpected twist of events, it's not the boiler that ends up getting serviced.
