Scandals and Whiskey

A scorching, emotional, suspenseful romance about scandals, secrets and the kind of love that hits harder than whiskey – from the bestselling author of the Bourbon Boys series.

In Rumor Tennessee, the Crowne women are at the centre of every whisper – a source of fantasies, and dealers of fate where whiskey is their poison and karmic retribution is their motive.

I’ve been surviving as the youngest sister by playing the supporting role, never leaving my small town, and cleaning up after my family. But on my birthday, I flip the right Tarot card, shake the magic 8 ball and… crash a private party, steal a motorcycle, and get caught in a scandal that follows me home.

Rhodes Donovan is more than the sexy stranger I kissed while I pretended to be someone else. He's the arrogant billionaire with a bad reputation, buying up pieces of my small town and impatiently wanting something I took from him. I don’t trust him, the same way he shouldn’t trust me, but the line between flirtatious threats and convenient blackmail starts to bleed into something far more dangerous.

Between my anonymous livestreams, a missing cop, a murder and the scandal that followed Rhodes here, the last thing I should be thinking about is all the ways I enjoy his lips and hands all over me. But when the secrets surrounding what he’s really doing here intersect with everything I thought I knew about my family, it’ll come down to his scandals and our whiskey to save us.
