The Missing Forget-me-nots

A heartbreaking discovery for Ellen Rosings: teacups adorned with forget-me-nots are disappearing from the Wisteria Tearoom's gift shop, along with other items. Is it a shoplifter, or has the tearoom's resident ghost, Captain Dusenberry, succumbed to a fit of kleptomania?
