Photographer Hannah Donovan left Oyster Bay with a broken heart and a dream that never came true. Now, back in town for her cousin Bridget's wedding, she's struggling to mend relationships with her family and put recent disappointments behind her. Love is the last thing she has on her mind, especially when the local gossip mill starts hinting at a reunion between her and Danny Fletcher. Dan hasn't seen his high school sweetheart since she fled Maine for the West Coast more than a decade ago. Now a single dad left stinging from a divorce, it seems every meddling matchmaker in town is determined to see him settled down. Hoping to shut down their efforts, he proposes a plan to Hannah that should give them both a little peace: they'll pretend that they're dating. But playing the part of a happy couple makes Dan start to think about what might have been…and what could still be.
