1. INTRODUCTION Residential house is the most expensive, multidimensional commodity which is durable, and structurally and spatially inflexible. Each residential unit is having a different bundle of attributes including environmental, location, and structural etc. parameters. The urban environmental amenities are defined as all those natural assets including green spaces that are aesthetic, ecological, and economic in nature, as well as those that have a physical or psychological effect on human health, such as pollution control, noise abatement, and the provision of recreational opportunities.
