Charles S. Yahn died on November 15, 1947 at the age of 79 years. His wife had died early in 1946 and shortly thereafter,
in April, 1946, he was removed to a hospital where he remained until May, 1947, when he was removed to his home and remained
until his death. Alice Barant, not related to decedent by blood or by marriage, and only a casual acquaintance of the deceased prior to his
wife's death, visited him upon many occasions.
