A Riddle in Bronze

A well-meaning young bookkeeper is recruited into a bizarre family business hunting spirits, only to find himself caught between supernatural dangers, a deadly conspiracy, and two people he desperately wants to protect.

It's the year 1871, and an unlikely trio patrol the foggy, gaslit streets of London.

Septimus Jones: A conscientious, inexperienced bookkeeper who stumbles into deadly supernatural dangers, falls in love, and gets blackmailed... while desperately trying to behave like a respectable gentleman. Often dead, or nearly.

Now Septimus must choose which to betray before someone dies.
