Alvarez V. Anesthesiology Associates

This is an appeal from a summary Judgement granted in favor of appellees Anesthesiology Associates and Mary Dale Peterson, M.D. (collectively referred to herein as "Peterson"); Edgar Cortes, M.D. ("Cortes"); Tom McNeil, M.D. ("McNeil"); and William Dirksen, M.D. ("Dirksen") for claims of malicious prosecution, intentional infliction of emotional distress, civil conspiracy, and negligence resulting from appellees' medical treatment of Michael Harwood. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
