On behalf of B.E., B.E.s mother appeals an order of the Department of Public Welfare (DPW) denying B.E.s petition for the expungement of a child abuse report that accuses B.E. of abusing a four year-old child, G.M., Jr. We affirm DPWs denial of the expungement of this record.
