Barker v. State

Appeal pursuant to Fla. R. App. P. 9.141(b)(2) from the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County; Jack Espinosa, Jr., Judge. Jerrode Barker appeals the denial of his motion to correct illegal sentence. While we do not approve the trial court's reasoning, we agree that Barker is not entitled to relief and, therefore, affirm.
