- Page 27 This is an appeal from a judgment based upon a jury verdict in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, and the courts rulings on admission of evidence, the granting of a directed verdict in favor of United Industry, Inc., on punitive damages, and the denial of Brooks B. Barnes request for post-trial relief. We affirm.
