Barr v. the Auto Convoy Company

Barr, deceased, brought this action in the District Court of Carter County against defendant Auto Convoy Company to recover damages for the alleged wrongful death of said Bruce V. Barr and for conscious pain and suffering, medical bills, and loss of earnings.
