Basha v. Immigration And Naturalization Service

Per Curiam. This is a petition for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ordering the deportation of petitioner Shalon Basha pursuant to 8 U.S.C. §§ 1182(a)(23) (class of excludable aliens includes persons who have been convicted of a violation of any law or regulation relating to the illicit possession of narcotic drugs) and 1251(a)(2) (remaining in United States longer than permitted grounds for deportation).
