It doesn’t make any sense, not really
The book is written beautifully, that’s the only good thing about the book.
The characters aren’t any good, it’s like they were from another era, Grace is plain stupid, there is no other word for her, she is just stupid. I still don’t know why she could not scape, file for divorce, ask for help... she is just stupid, the problem with this, is that I think the author, thinks we are as stupid as Grace.
The book doesn’t make any cense. It’s like a bad movie from the Hallmark channel, it’s disposable, joyless.
This space is very small to exprese my feelings towards the book.
