Chains

Kat takes her outdoor women's group to a forest.  She will teach them the basics of logging.  As they move into the forest, they find a woman chained to a tree.  January in Wisconsin.  The woman is dead.  Frozen.  Police discover the "woman" is actually a man in a dress.  Murdered.  With little interest from local police, Kat begins investigating on her own.  A second murder follows.  Another chaining.  As Kat struggles to find this killer, she also decides three years of dating is enough.  Time for her and Jim to marry.
