My wife is my everything. April’s strong, beautiful, and now she’s giving me the greatest gift of all—a baby. Though we thought it wouldn’t happen, our dreams of starting a family are finally coming true. It was supposed to be the happiest time of our lives, but that’s when all hell breaks loose. 


The constant stress at work is causing strain on our marriage and we’re fighting more now than we did in twelve years of dating. Neither of us are happy—something has to give. 


One thing’s for sure: I love my wife and would do anything for her. It’s why I agree to something she wants, even though the timing couldn’t be worse. I can’t lose her, but if this doesn’t bring us closer together, I’m not sure anything can.
