Cooking in Casablanca

Writing a cookbook was not something I had in mind.  What I love the most is not only cooking, but sharing meals with people I cherish.  

I often invite friends and family over.  Each time I think carefully about the menu I will prepare for them.  Every meal is an opportunity for me to evaluate and adjust my recipes for the best culinary experience.

This book is the successful product of a family effort.  The first edition is in French.  This is the english edition.  It has a total of 45 recipes, including 6 base recipes.  

My sister Ghita Tazi translated all the recipes and my daughter Noha Benani designed and edited the book on iBook Author.

I would like to thank them both dearly for their collaboration, work, support, and enthusiasm for this project.

I hope that you will enjoy trying some or all the recipes.  Enjoy!
